Sure, it’s really a splash page with benefits, but “preview web site” sounds so much more exclusive.
Our goal is to serve our favorites, prepared perfectly from Scratch, never frozen (we joke that we only freeze ice. Oh, we make that too). Our mission statement is: “A few things done perfectly, served in a fun environment, with great service.”
All burgers are house-ground using prime cuts of brisket and chuck, and served on locally sourced rolls. We house-brine our B&B pickles, and yes, we even make our own ketchup and mustard. All produce is locally sourced whenever possible.
That is the Kitchen side, now for the Lounge… We have Cans and Boxes, yes, beer in a can, wine in a box. Why? These self contained beauties are much easier on the environment than bottles (due to shipping costs associated with glass) and all beer cans will be recycled. We also have a full bar!
Evening entertainment is in the works, lounge beats, music and more.
